These represent Monochromatic because they re the same color but with different shades. These show analogous images because they have colors that are next to each other on the color wheel. These show complementary because they are on the opposite sides of the color wheel.

Color Assignment 1 - Emma Winter

All these photos show great colors. I like them very much because the colors are very well chosen and they are partly motives from everyday life. so I can take a couple of ides into my own work.  The photos of the complimentary species have a great contrast. I like the colorful very much, as it always makes a good mood. Used colors here are for example orange and blue.  The Monochromatic Color photos show a great color transition and tend to look very calming. I like this serenity. The photos of the Analoges Color show the colors that are next to each other very well. The photos always look coherent and harmonious. (For example, different blue and purple tones).

Monochromatic Photos: The above photos are my monochromatic photos.  They all are such because they all have one hue that has had inflections of tint, black, and other shades of the same hue applied to it. I can incorporate these same themes into my own photos by using similar subject matter, similar hues, and contrasting colors.  Complimentary photos: The above photos are photos whose colors contrast in such a way that their colors do not clash against each other, but rather complement each other. I can replicate similar color schemes in my photography by incorporating similar colors, careful planning of hues, and strong use of the color wheel. Analogous Photos: These photos reflect analogous use of color because they have colors of the same hue with slight additions of tint or black. I can use this element in my photography my using similar colors and hues, similar fields of depth, and a use of complements.

Monochromatic Photos Complimentary       Analogous These images are showing monochromatic, complementary, and analogous color schemes by the first 5 having the same color but in different tones, either lighter or darker, which is monochromatic. In the second 5, the photos show colors that are opposite each other on the color wheel and compliment each other, which shows complimentary. And the last 5, all have colors that are neighbors on the color wheels, which shows analogous. I can recreate monochromatic color schemes in my photos by having one color but either lighter or darker than another. With complimentary color schemes, I can pick colors that are opposite each other on the color wheel to have in my photo. And with analogous, I can pick colors that are neighboring on the color wheel to have in my photo.
